Josh graduated from Newnan High School and later attended the University of Georgia where he received his BBA in Real Estate. While in college Josh was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity. Josh started his career as a land agent and worked with a number of different firms before finally finding his place with Josey, Young & Brady Realty as a full-time real estate professional. Licensed in both Georgia and Alabama, Josh's main focus is still on area land and farm sales with commercial and residential properties making up the rest of Josh‘s portfolio. An avid outdoorsman, Josh enjoys spending time afield and uses his knowledge of the area to better serve his clients. Josh is an active member of the local Ducks Unlimited Chapter and also a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors.
