Taylor Josey is a specialist in the South Metropolitan Atlanta markets. Over his seventeen years of experience in commercial real estate, Taylor has earned a top reputation with owners and landlords in the marketing of commercial properties including office, industrial and commercial land including nearly two million square feet of transactions valued at over $60 million.

Taylor has been a resident of Newnan, Georgia since 1996. He is a graduate of Emory University and received his Masters Degree from Georgia State University in 1982. After serving on the staff of Senator Mack Mattingly in Washington, D.C., Taylor began his commercial real estate career in Atlanta in 1987. Immediately prior to forming JYB Realty, Taylor worked with NAI Brannen/Goddard, LLC.
