About this space: This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a comfortable and well-appointed retreat. Each bedroom (except the bunk room) is equipped with its own Smart TV and WiFi access throughout the property. The living room is generously sized, and the master suite includes a private bathroom. Additionally, there's a bunk room with 4 bunk beds and two bedrooms with cozy queen beds. The master bathroom includes a shower-tub combo, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, ensuring convenience for all guests. The tankless water heater guarantees a continuous supply of hot water. Relax on the large screened front porch, complete with a table, chairs, and ample seating for lazy afternoons of unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials, and there is a dining area that can seat six guests as well as a folding breakfast table for two. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer is also available for guest use. While the backyard is not fenced, it offers outdoor seating and a charcoal grill. Parking is available on the driveway, which can accommodate up to four vehicles. We set out a welcome basket with snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property. Children are welcome. Pets are considered, and pet fees apply.
