In 2014, founders Henry and Kascha Adeleye combined her self-taught baking skills with his self-taught business acumen to open Kupcakerie online. Each day features a rotating selection from a list of flavors, such as their signature Red Velvet or Jazzy Jane, a vanilla cupcake with Madagascar bourbon vanilla frosting.    At the age of 11, Cindy Hendricks discovered her passion for making ice cream. After a successful career as an air traffic controller, Cindy started a new chapter and turned her long-ago hobby into Rock Salt Milk Bar. All ice cream is made with cream from grass-fed cows, while fresh fruit and other ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible.
