There is a lot to love about the holiday season, but warming up with a festive adult beverage is one of our favorite things this time of year. Christmas ales are flowing at Atlanta's best breweries, and some of our most popular bars are whipping up their specialty holiday cocktails. Unwinding with a delicious holiday drink is lots of fun, and there are plenty of great places to check out. One of Atlanta's most popular breweries offers its Festive Ale this holiday season. SweetWater Brewing offers this 8.1% ABV spiced seasonal beer, which is only brewed one day per year. It has a mix of caramel, toffee, and chocolate flavors, with subtle hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. This beer is available in bottles, cans, and on draft. You'll love the energetic vibe of this taproom, which has plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Every November, The Blind Pig Parlour Bar hosts The Blind Elf—a festive pop-up bar in Buckhead. Enjoy a selection of 12 holiday-themed cocktails, red and white wines, and bar bites.
