Held the third weekend of every October in historic downtown Hogansville, GA, the Hogansville Hummingbird Festival is one of our real estate agents' favorite fall festivities. This vibrant outdoor festival provides fun for the whole family, with activities, music, food, and vendors and wares from local artists, crafters, shops, and more.

Designated as a Southeast Tourism Society's Top 20 Event, this fabulous festival has a true small-town feel. It happens in downtown Hogansville (aka "The City of Friendly People"). Admission and parking are free, with security and handicap access available. With more than 200 vendors, tasty food, live music, a children's area, and tons of local restaurants and businesses, it's the perfect way to spend a beautiful autumn weekend.
