This year's theme of "Decades of Love" will feature a '50s sock hop, a '70s disco dance floor, and an '80s "totally tubular" prom. Dance the night away and don't forget to participate in the group vow renewals at 7:45 and 8:45 p.m. 
  
  VIP tickets cost $165 per couple for members and $175 per couple for non-members and allow for early admission at 6:30 p.m., two drink tickets, and two corsages or boutonnieres. General admission is $45 for garden members and $50 for non-members.

Held the third weekend of every October in historic downtown Hogansville, GA, the Hogansville Hummingbird Festival is one of our real estate agents' favorite fall festivities. This vibrant outdoor festival provides fun for the whole family, with activities, music, food, and vendors and wares from local artists, crafters, shops, and more.

Designated as a Southeast Tourism Society's Top 20 Event, this fabulous festival has a true small-town feel. It happens in downtown Hogansville (aka "The City of Friendly People").
